services with you day or night.

Yes, we can arrange pick-up from a variety of locations, including private residences,
veterinary offices, clinics, hospitals, shelters, senior or assisted living facilities, and
boarding facilities or pet hotels.

Pricing varies based on your pet’s weight and the type of cremation selected. We offer
individualized and communal cremation services. We also offer expedited options at an
additional cost.
We provide clear, upfront pricing when you contact us—there are no hidden fees.

Our primary specialty is individual cremation, in which your beloved pet is cremated
separately, and their ashes are respectfully returned to you.
We also offer communal cremation at a lower cost. In this option, pets are cremated
together, and ashes are not returned. If communal cremation is selected, your pet’s
cremains are respectfully and lawfully scattered by Sunset Promise, our partnered
Southern California crematorium.

We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due prior to or at
the time of pick-up.

We work exclusively with our trusted Southern California partner, Sunset Promise, a
crematorium that exceeds industry standards and honors your pet’s identity throughout
every step of the process.
For individual cremations, a unique steel identification disc is placed with your pet and
remains with them throughout the cremation process. The disc is returned with your
pet’s ashes, mirroring human cremation standards and ensuring accurate identification.
You will find the disc among your pet’s cremains when they are returned to you.

Your pet’s cremains, along with their unique identification disc, are carefully returned to
you in our standard handcrafted box with a ribbon closure.

No, your presence is not required, though you are welcome to be there if you wish. With
your permission, we can coordinate pick-up arrangements if you are unavailable. If no
one is present, payment is required in advance.

We understand how meaningful these items can be. However, most crematoriums
require non-combustible items to be removed for safety and environmental reasons.
Additionally, items such as blankets may be considered hazardous materials and incur
additional fees. To avoid passing these costs on to families, we typically ensure that
only your beloved pet is sent for cremation.
