Pick-Up
Our team will meet you at the location of your choice. Whether at home, a veterinary clinic,
or another setting, we arrive within one to two hours to gently transport your beloved pet
into our care. Every interaction is guided by empathy and professionalism.

Cremation
Each pet is individually cremated by our trusted Southern California partner. Every pet receives a unique identification disc that stays with them throughout the entire process, providing accuracy and peace of mind.
The cremation process is typically completed within seven to ten business days, with expedited options of twenty-four to forty-eight hours available at an additional cost.
Communal cremation options are also available at lower rates. Please ask us if you would like more information about this process.

After cremation, your pet’s cremains and unique identification disc are carefully returned to you in a handcrafted box with a ribbon closure. Every detail is handled with care and intention.
If communal cremation is chosen, your pet’s cremains will be respectfully and lawfully scattered by our trusted Southern California partner.
